Designed as a ribbon set with cushion-shaped diamonds, accented with a button shaped natural pearl measuring approximately 15.56 x 15.94 x 14.37mm, and a detachable natural pearl drop measuring approximately 11.80 x 14.00 x 20.20mm, capped with rose diamonds, brooch fitting later added.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 80047, stating that the pearls were found to be natural, saltwater.
