of compressed globular form, impressed and carved on the domed cover with a six-petalled flower, applied overall with a transparent olive-green glaze mottled with a dark brown splash on the pistil of the flower and to the side of the box, the base and the interior of the rims left unglazed revealing a pale buff-coloured stoneware body.
