of circular section with straight sides and a domed cover, the box comprising two separate tiers and a cover of corresponding form, the exterior applied overall with a ruby-red enamel of rich crushed-raspberry colour, the interior of the cover and the base of the trays enamelled turquoise, the base inscribed in iron-red with six-character apocryphal seal mark within a white panel, wood stand; 9.2 cm., 3 5/8  in.
