of bombé form, painted to the exterior with two dragons confronting a 'flaming pearl' among clouds, an inscribed rectangular cartouche on the other side stating that the censer was made for the Earth God temple by devotee Lu Qin, all above a cyclical date reading Gengyin nian zhi feng corresponding to 1710.
