Composed of fifty-one, forty-six and forty-three natural pearls, and one cultured pearl, measuring approximately 11.65 to 6.15 mm, interspersed with seed pearls, to the circular-cut diamond flowerhead clasp, 42.0 cm, with French assay marks for platinum and gold. Clasp signed Cartier Paris 

Accompanied by report no. 81550 dated 26 August 2015 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that 140 pearls are natural saltwater pearls and that 1 pearl is a beaded saltwater cultured pearl; the seed pearls have not been tested.
