the full length of the horn carved and pierced from the tip to the rim with gnarled branches and leafy long meandering stems bearing floral buds and double gourds, the cup modelled in the form of a five-petalled flower with a stamen on the interior, the horn of a warm honey-brown colour transmuting to a dark brown near the tip, wood stand - 30.3 cm., 11 7/8  in.
