with deep rounded sides rising from a slightly tapered foot, the exterior carved with overlapping petals with raised central ribs resembling a lotus, applied overall with a smooth sage-green glaze stopping over the neatly cut footring revealing a pale greyish buff body - 16.6 cm., 6 1/2  in.
