A good ribbon-worked black taffeta robe de style, probably Lanvin, circa 1926. of black silk taffeta adorned with embroidered ribbons in shades of green and pink, with gold vermicular embroidery outlined in black cord, the skirt gently gathered over the hips, nude chiffon modesty panel to the front, large tulle bow to one hip, scalloped hem over tulle edging, bust 97cm, 38in.
