The compressed globular lower section painted with a narrative scene depicting an attendant greeting a warrior official before further attendants holding halberds and a banner, in a garden of pine, plantain and rockwork, the upper pear-shaped section with two gentlemen scholars seated in a landscape, beneath stylised tulips to the neck. 32cm (12.5/8in) high.
