The conical bowl is of wide flaring form with a slightly everted rim and supported by a short ring foot in biscuit. It is covered in a rich dark black glaze thinning to a brown tortoiseshell pattern to the mouth rim. 5 ¾ in. (14.6 cm.) diam., fitted box
