Suspending a natural pearl drop measuring approximately 14.55 x 17.25 x 19.75mm from a surmount of circular-, single-cut and baguette diamonds, to a fine chain necklace, length approximately 410mm. 

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 65368, stating that the pearl was found to be natural, saltwater.
