Lot 159. A copper-red decorated 'peony' water pot, Kangxi six-character mark in underglaze blue and of the period (1662-1722). Estimate HKD 200,000 - HKD 300,000 (USD 25,911 - USD 38,867). Price Realised HKD 62,500(USD 8,095). Photo Christie’s Images Limited 2016.

The water pot is painted on either side of the exterior with a single peony blossom in copper red. 5 in. (12.8 cm.) diam., box.
