Composed of 58 pearls approximately 9.48 to 3.72 mm., one cultured pearl at end, the clasp set with one marquise-shaped diamond approximately 2.35 cts. Length 14 inches. 

Pearls: slightly creamy to creamy, several with faint rose hue, several of deeper creamy hue, circular to slightly out-of-round to modified oval/barrel shape, overall cleanish, several with minor dimples, several with faint ringing, several with minor peeling, medium luster. 

Diamond: J-K (closer to K)-VS. 

With GIA report no. 6177798509 stating that 58 pearls are natural, saltwater, no indications of treatment. Pearl one from end is a bead cultured pearl.
