Suspending two pear-shaped diamonds weighing 7.36 and 7.03 carats, topped by six round sapphires weighing approximately 1.00 carat. 

Accompanied by GIA report nos. 1182101055 and 6187101114 stating that the diamonds are both D color, Flawless, with Excellent Polish and Symmetry. Together with two letters from the GIA stating that the diamonds have both been determined to be Type lla.
