the deep U-shaped body rising from a slightly tapered foot to an incurved rim, covered overall in a milky lavender-blue glaze suffused with faint crackle, thinning to a mushroom tone near the rim, coagulating just above the foot and to the central interior revealing the buff-coloured body; 18.2cm., 7 ¼ in.
