Set with a cabochon star sapphire weighing 114.63 carats, framed with onyx, suspended from a similarly set cabochon ruby weighing 12.16 carats, the reverse adorned with carved emeralds and cabochon sapphires, the chain composed of variously shaped emerald and onyx beads, highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds throughout, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 430mm.

Accompanied by SSEF report numbered 97944, dated 19 February 2018, stating that the 114.63 carat star sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating; and stating that the 12.16 carat ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating; further accompanied by two gemmological reports.
