The group comprises a tall cylindrical bird feeder with one flat side which is decorated in underglaze blue with meandering scrolling motifs, and a six-character Xuande mark just below the rim; an octagonal barrel-form bird feeder which is decorated in pencil style with a keyfret band, vertical lingzhi scrolls, and a lappet band by the foot. The last is a peach-shaped water pot decorated with densely scrolling flowers and is fixed with a double ring.
