the shallow rounded sides supported on a slightly tapered foot, the exterior sparsely moulded with three slightly raised fruit sprays including peach, pomegranate and persimmon, enhanced with short pale-green stems, the interior left undecorated, the countersunk base centred with a underglaze-blue roundel of a crane grasping a sprig of peaches and flying amidst scrolling clouds.
