The jar decorated with pairs of white slip egrets shown amidst towering lotus plants rising from a pond in which can be seen various water plants and weeds, all below three blossoming branches on the neck, the various flowers detailed in copper red, pale celadon and white slip and the lotus leaves and a rock in celadon with incised details, with an artemesia leaf within a double circle on the base, the domed cover decorated en suite below a blue bud-form knop, stand.
