the delicately potted body with deep rounded sides rising from a recessed base to an everted flange and tapering cylindrical neck, painted around the exterior in rich cobalt-blue tones with leafy scrolling strapwork, the flange with a classic scroll band and the neck with four flower heads borne on leafy scrolling stems, the base with an underglaze blue six-character reign mark.
