with deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot, finely painted around the exterior with two large rectangular panels, one enclosing a scene of figures working with textiles, the other with farmers in fields, the interior painted with a central medallion enclosing bamboo issuing from rockwork, the rim glazed ochre, with apocryphal six-character Chenghua mark.
