painted with a central medallion of an openwork beribboned basket of peony and lotus flowers within a narrow scrolling band of stylized floral blooms and buds, the cavetto with petal form reserves containing flowering plants issuing from rockwork against a pale-green stippled ground, the reverse with three floral sprays and an underglaze-blue chime within a double circle, wood stand (2).
