of square section, robustly potted with wide flaring sides and a slightly tapered foot, the exterior painted with cranes in flight interspersed with ruyi clouds and trigrams above jagged rocks to each corner, the interior embellished with a lingzhi sprig below a shou character within a double square to the centre and lingzhi scrolls to the rim, the base inscribed with a six-character reign mark in underglaze blue.
