Each cabinet of square-corner form and with panel doors opening from the removable center stile and elaborately carved with dragon roundels above friezes of deer in landscapes and qilin and phoenix amidst clouds, above a further three-part frieze framing Buddhistic lions and a phoenix, with shaped aprons on the front and sides carved with chilong confronted around a shou character, the hatchests similarly carved with roundels and reserves of dragons amidst clouds, the wood of attractive figure and color.
