Painted with an official seated in a terraced garden surrounded by attendants and tribute bearers, three kneeling in the foreground and presenting a jue, an ingot and a wine ewer, while a fourth approaches from the side bearing a wrapped gift, the neck painted with leafy chrystanthemum and peony sprays and ornamental rockwork above a 'cracked-ice' border encircling the shoulder.
