The tea bowl is well potted with deep rounded sides rising from a short foot ring to the finger-grooved rim, covered with a brownish-black glaze streaked with russet markings ending irregularly above the foot to expose the dark brown stoneware body, stand, Japanese double wood boxes.
Provenance: The collection of Fujio Koyama (1900-1975).
