the slightly compressed globular body rising from a recessed base to a short neck set with a flange below the lipped rim, freely painted around the shoulder in iron-oxide with two abstract designs of flower sprays, reserved on a speckled teadust-brown glaze save for the foot ring to reveal the buff-colored stoneware body.
