Finely modelled as a standing foreigner wearing full armour and helmet framing the foreign facial features, clad in a winter cape lined with fur, traces of dark red, olive-brown, grey, white and black pigments.
Provenance: Robert Rousset, Paris (1901-1981), acquired prior to 1935.
Jean-Pierre Rousset, Paris (1936-2021).
