The articulated collar decorated at the front with a heart-shaped cabochon sapphire flanked by two similarly-shaped cabochon emeralds, bordered by lines of brilliant-cut diamonds, cultured pearls, calibré-cut emeralds, cabochon and calibré-cut rubies, together with a pair of pendent ear clips en suite, mounted in yellow gold, signed Bulgari, Italian assay and maker's marks, pochette.
