An archaic bronze stem bowl and cover, dou. Warring States Period
The rounded bowl raised on a tall spreading foot and flanked by a pair of small loop handles, surmounted by a domed cover with a flared circular finial, finely cast with bands of interlaced dragons, lappets enclosing taotie masks, rope-twist, triangular units and foliage. 1.5cm (8½in) wide. (2). Sold for £5,400
