Silver, outer partly gilt, fully gilt inside. Cylindrical, eight-lobed surface on a flat base. Flattened screw-top with cast hinged handle. Finely engraved tulip flower ornament on sides. Height 18cm, with raised handle 23cm. Ca. 834. Estimation : 11 000 / 13 000 €

Screw-top and base both marked: Augsburg mark for 1666-69 (Seling Nr.690), maker's mark G.H. (Gabriel I Hartig, 1650-1695, ibid. Nr.1557).
