SAVANNAH, GA.- Telfair Museum of Art presents Contemporary Artists in Focus Week. Inspired by the exhibition A Consuming Vision: Selections from the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, the Telfair presents activities and lectures for visitors of all ages. A unique opportunity to interact with major contemporary artists! Renowned Georgia-based artist Kojo Griffin invites the public, including school groups, to watch him work on a large-scale drawing in the Jepson Center for the Arts, Eckburg Atrium. He will create the 12-foot drawing on a large freestanding wall on-site April 6th – 10th, and the completed work will be on view in the atrium through the 12th, and in the Morrison Community Gallery through the end of April.
