Intricately detailed American standards—Henleys, polos, oxford-cloth button-downs, and cashmere-blend cardigans—that manage to feel classic and hip at the same time. “I like to think of [Jack] Kerouac wearing a button-down or [William S.] Burroughs dressed all in black,” he says. “I wanted to take iconic menswear pieces and reinvent them.”
