The deep cup with straight sides and supported on a short circular foot, applied with three intricately carved writhing chilong handles.

A grey jade 'pine' brushwasher. 17th/18th century
Finely carved in high relief around the robust body with gnarled pine trunks, with a bat and two squirrels clambering over the shoulder of the vessel, the stone of an uneven grey tone with black inclusions. 13cm (5in) wide.- Estimate: £4,000 - 6,000
