Gilt full plate movement with turned pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain 3-arm brass balance, pierced and engraved balance cock, quarter repeating on a bell by depressing the pendant with a-tact thumb piece, gilt metal dust-cap signed Fd Vigne London, No.1358, enamel dial with Roman numerals and Arabic 5 minute divisions, pierced gilt hands, inner gold case pierced and engraved with foliage, a grotesque mask to the base and landscape vignette at the pendant, pierced and embossed gold outer case with foliage and roccoco scroll panels, the bezel and back inset with plaques of moss agate  48mm.Sold for £3,200 plus Premium and tax
