Two scholar's rocks

The first a mottled dark yellow specimen of huanglashi type displaying numerous tiny recesses across its flat faces and some deep natural fissures to the side; the second of dark gray limestone with two oval openings in its rough and striated surface (repaired). 9 3/4 and 14in (25 and 35.5cm) high - Sold for $1,400 plus Premium and tax
