Boldly and densely enamelled on the exterior on a bright opaque yellow ground enriched with elaborate Indian lotus sprays, reserved with four roundels variously depicting a model of children on a dragon boat beside vases, a cat perched on a stick, a hanging auspicious double-gourd plaque and a double-gourd vase of blossoming prunus, the interior with a roundel of tree peony beneath floral meander at the rim. 14.5cm (5in) diam.
