The cameo in the centre represents a woman wearing a headdress and necklace set with diamonds and is surrounded by rubies. The medallions on either side are adorned with rubies and flowers also made of diamonds.

Fondée en 1972 par François d'Ansembourg, Chamarande débuta son activité dans le bijou ancien, domaine encore peu connu du grand public belge. Ensuite, la maison a élargi sa sélection en proposant également objets, tableaux, sculptures et meubles anciens. De style et d'époque variés, les pièces proposées s'efforcent d'être originales et de qualité. Depuis 2010, le fils Frédéric, après s’être spécialisé en bijoux anciens,  a repris l'ensemble des activités et rénové entièrement la galerie. Outre sa participation à la ‘Brussels Antiques & Fine Arts Fair (BRAFA)’, Chamarande organise occasionnellement des expositions d'artistes.
