of cylindrical form rising to a gently rounded shoulder and waisted neck, painted with insects hovering above vases and jardinières of leafy floral blossoms including peony, lotus, prunus, magnolia and chrysanthemum, all below an incised chevron border, the neck encircled with pendent plantain leaves; 44.2cm., 17 3/8 in.
