Rising from short foot through sloped sides rising to cusped rim, the white ground painted in blue with black outlines, with moulded underglazed stylised wave design on cavetto, the base with a roundel containing cranes on a ground of stylised clouds set in cusped medallion with scrolling background, exterior with overlapping concentric circles, underside with stylised Chinese tassel mark, haircrack; 9¾in. (24.5cm.) diam. Estimate £5,000 - £7,000
