Antique Gold and Micromosaic Brooch, third quarter of the 19th century.
Centering a circular panel of multicolored micromosaics depicting 2 doves among flowers, within a gold frame applied with gold circles and rope twist, encircled by 6 micromosaic panels of various flowers, arrows and a grasshopper, spaced by fancy shaped gold plaques decorated with gold beading, the reverse applied with stylized delicate gold triangles tipped at the points with small gold beads,approximately 15 dwt.
