Each set with a circular-cut diamond, weighing approximately 22.60 and 22.31 carats, from a shield-shaped diamond, to the circular-cut diamond surmount, mounted in platinum. Estimate: $7,000,000 – $10,000,000

With report 2155853127 dated 9 January 2014 from the Gemological Institute of America stating that the diamond, weighing approximately 22.60 carats, is D color, Internally Flawless clarity, with excellent cut, polish and symmetry

With report 2155830343 dated 8 January 2014 from the Gemological Institute of America stating that the diamond, weighing approximately 22.31 carats, is D color, Internally Flawless clarity, with excellent cut, polish and symmetry; accompanied by a working diagram indicating that the clarity may be improvable

Accompanied by supplemental letters from the Gemological Institute of America stating that both diamonds have been determined to be Type IIa diamonds. Type IIa diamonds are the most chemically pure type of diamond and often have exceptional optical transparency. Type IIa diamonds were first identified as originating from India (particularly from the Golconda region) but have since been recovered in all major diamond-producing regions of the world. Among famous gem diamonds, the 530.20 carat Cullinan I and the 105.60 carat Koh-i-noor, are examples of Type IIa
