Elegant pendant in opaque white color and fine carving
This Chinese jade figure dates to the Qing Dynasty (1644-1912).
The figure is made of hand-carved white jade and shows a parrot on a branch.
The latter shows open work and flowers are visible on the sides.
The bird and the branch are worked in fine detail and represent an impressive relief carving. Through a tied band the pendant can be worn.
