Designed as a holly branch, set with cushion-shaped, circular-, single-cut, rose diamonds, and three button shaped natural pearls measuring approximately 9.31 x 9.51 x 9.71mm, 9.01 x 9.28 x 8.79mm, and 9.12 x 9.13 x 8.48mm, French assay mark and maker's mark for Chaumet. 

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 81032, stating that the pearls were found to be natural, saltwater.
