of conical form, rising to a rim furled forming a spout, the body finely carved in low relief with a register of stylised taotie masks on a leiwen ground, set with two openwork handles modelled as a pair of chilongrendered with elongated bodies climbing up and peering over the interior of the vessel, the base with a two-character seal mark, the horn with a rich amber patina, stand - 16 cm., 6 1/4 in.
