deftly painted in tones of iron red with two dragons vying among clouds for a 'flaming pearl', the underside similarly painted with two dragons confronting each side of a stele inscribed with the three characters Qianqinggong, the base inscribed in iron red with a six-character reign mark; 34 cm, 13 3/8 in.
