Magnificent, antique brooch with one large fine transparent cushion-cut Ceylon sapphire, 22.77 ct, within a surround of old cushion-cut diamonds, total ling approximately 4.8 ct HL / VS-P1. Length: approx 2.9 cm. Width: approx 2.5 cm. Weight: approx 12.3 g. Platinum. 

Accompanied by a report from DSEF no. 025886 dated May 2016. According To the report the sapphire is not heated.
