carved as a dragon-headed sea turtle of hollowed circular form, the beast riding on turbulent waves curling around the shell and extending to the base forming a whirlpool, the claws and tail of the turtle rising from the finely incised waves, the shell covered with geometric diaper patterns, the celadon stone with black, russet and white inclusions.
