the white stone of a warm tone with russet inclusions, the two frolicking badgers carved head to tail, their bodies mirroring and touching each other, one badger biting the other's tail and the other biting a hind leg of the former in playful revenge, the centre hollowed out.
Provenance: Acquired in Hong Kong in the 1970s.
