the body of baluster form rising to a trumpet neck with everted rim, boldly painted in strong tones of underglaze blue and red with a scene of a traveling immortal and acolyte riding on a donkey, approaching a local with a basket of lingzhi who points the way, a grove of pine trees with a pair of cranes overhead, all against a lustrous celadon ground, the base with double circles in underglaze blue .
